Good Films for a Better World. This simple phrase has been our mantra since 2014, the year in which our first Greater Farmington Film Festival took place. The graphic posted was our very first film festival poster. We aim to be the premier Michigan film festival that people look forward to each spring in the Metro Detroit area.

A lot has changed in the world since 2014, but we feel our vision is needed more than ever. Every time we screen a film, we ask ourselves these two questions: Is this film good and does it inspire us to take action in our lives? This action can be something as simple as enhancing personal growth and development, inspiring needed work in your local community, taking on a cause you cherish locally, and even outside your living area. Some people have even been inspired to join in to help further worldwide causes they believe in!

Shortly, we will begin the screening process for our 2018 festival, our 5th film festival. Can you believe it? We have lots of good ideas and the best volunteers that help make these ideas come to life each spring in our Farmington and Farmington Hills communities!
